Quantities should reflect the number of items needed to treat a single patient.
Yes - you can still order Prescription Only Medicines (POMs), but your account must first be linked to a registered prescriber’s account.

Orders and Returns

Prescription items cannot be returned once they’ve been dispensed and taken out of the pharmacy.
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, where applicable.
