We offer complimentary Click + Collect services in our London site with a same-day delivery option, priced at £3.99 and 1–2 Hour Express Delivery: £4.99. All other orders will be placed on a Next-day delivery as standard from our Aldridge site.

The verification process of your personal identity is dependent on the reason for verification. Our team perform the necessary tasks to verify your identity from ensuring legitimate account creation to accessing personal information.

Quantities should reflect the number of items needed to treat a single patient.
Yes - you can still order Prescription Only Medicines (POMs), but your account must first be linked to a registered prescriber’s account.

Orders and Returns

Prescription items cannot be returned once they’ve been dispensed and taken out of the pharmacy.
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, where applicable.
