EpiPen Auto-Injectors are automatic injection devices containing adrenaline for allergic emergencies.

- Adrenaline effectively reverses the symptoms of rhinitis, urticaria, bronchospasm and hypotension because it is a pharmacological antagonist to the effects of the chemical mediators on smooth muscles, blood vessels and other tissues.
- Delivers a single dose 0.3 ml injection equal to 0.3 mg adrenaline when activated.
Indications
The Auto-Injectors are indicated in the emergency treatment of allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to insect stings or bites, foods, drugs and other allergens as well as idiopathic or exercise induced anaphylaxis.
