Vitamin B12 Hydroxocobalamin is used to treat low levels (deficiency) of this vitamin. Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein. It is also important for normal blood, cells, and nerves.

Indications

Addisonian pernicious anaemia.
Prophylaxis and treatment of other macrocytic anaemias associated with vitamin B12 deficiency.
Tobacco amblyopia and Leber's optic atrophy.

Each 1 ml ampoule contains 1000 micrograms of hydroxocobalamin(as hydroxocobalamin chloride).
