NEWEST® is a unique polynucleotide-based product that also contains hyaluronic acid (HA) – enabling practitioners to transform damaged and aged skin, while regenerating fibroblasts with polynucleotide for continuous improvement in skin quality. Mannitol (200mM) is also included, as this acts as a potent free radical scavenger and has been clinically proven to reduce the degradation of the hyaluronic acid by 34%.

Protocol
2ml intradermally with micro-droplet or linear retrograde technique.
Younger Patients: One session (2ml) every 14 or 21 days for a total of 3 sessions.
Advanced Skin Ageing: One session (2ml) every 14 or 21 days for a total of 4 sessions.
Results may last up to 6-9 months depending on age, skin quality, genetics, lifestyle, sun exposure.

What are polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are natural, highly-purified DNA molecules usually extracted from trout fish gonads.
How do they work?
Cells have DNA, which is made of polynucleotides. When we inject more polynucleotides into aged and damaged skin cells, they help to regenerate tissue by stimulating fibroblasts – a type of cell that contributes to the formation of connective tissue. Essentially, we are healing skin from within.
How are polynucleotides administered?
Polynucleotides are injected into aged and damaged and skin via specific techniques, depending on the product used. You can find out more about the protocols on our training course.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are minimal, depending on the injection technique used. As with any injection, patients can expect some slight redness and swelling following treatment. No serious adverse events have been reported.
Can I use polynucleotides alongside other aesthetic treatments?
