Delivery FAQs
Which courier do you use?
We use DPD for all of our pharmacy deliveries
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 5pm. Delivery times may vary for certain locations, including the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, where next day delivery may not be available.
Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
Yes. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if there’s a delay with my order?
DPD will notify you of any delays. Our customer support team is also available to assist if needed.
Do you deliver on weekends or bank holidays?
We do not deliver on bank holidays. Saturday delivery is available if selected at checkout.
Please note that weekend delivery may not be available in all locations. Areas on a 2-day delivery service are excluded.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the DPD app, DPD website, or using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
What time will my delivery arrive?
On the day of delivery, DPD will provide a one-hour delivery window.
I need my order in the morning, can I?
Yes, depending on location, delivery upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I upgrade my delivery after I place my order?
Contact our Customer Service team on 01477536015 as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet we will be able to upgrade this for you. This feature is sometimes available via the DPD app.
What happens if I’m not in to accept the delivery?
DPD will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to the depot, after 2 failed delivery attempts your order will be returned to sender.
Why has my order been returned to sender?
Orders may be returned if delivery attempts fail, the address is incorrect, or the parcel cannot be safely delivered.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact our Customer Service team on 01477536015 as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet we may be able to update this for you.
How will you keep my delivery at the right temperature?
Temperature-sensitive products are packed using validated packaging to maintain stability throughout transit.
Can I send my order directly to my patients?
Yes, where appropriate, orders can be delivered directly to your chosen address. Please note that the pharmacy may review this request and contact you before dispatch.
Can I collect from your pharmacy?
We do not currently offer Click & Collect unfortunately.
Can I collect from a DPD Pick up Shop?
You can redirect your parcel to a local pick-up Shop via the DPD app for orders that contain only stock items.
Can I collect from the depot?
DPD do not allow collection from the depots unfortunately.
